Guest posts

If you would like to do a guest blog/interview/giveaway at Novel Thoughts, email Mad at mad@romancereaderatheart.com.

The topic of the post is author’s choice. If you include images with your posts, they must be photos you have permission to use. Book covers and personal photos from the author only. If other images are included, we will ask for proof of copyright.

If you see an image on Novel Thoughts that you feel is a copyright violation, please notify us.

Reviews

We accept traditionally published, e-published, and self published books (print or digital)
The acceptance of a book does not guarantee a review.

If the book is unreadable due to poor editing or typos, we will notify the author.

If we reach 10% into the book and haven’t been able to connect with it, we will email the author and give her/him the option to do a guest blog or giveaway. Just because the book isn’t right for us doesn’t mean others won’t love it.

Keep in mind when contacting us that we are a romance blog. Please do not send us books where the hero or heroine dies at the end. Neither of us will forgive you.

Mad’s preferred romance sub-genres: Contemporary, Historical, Romantic Suspense, Paranormal, Erotic and Category Series (i.e. Harlequin Books but depends on line/blurb/author)

Genres that do not work: YA, Inspirational, Chick-Lit, m/m (m/m/f is fine), and books written in first-person
