It was at the request of Lord Gabriel Delessan that a handmaiden of the Order of Solace be delivered to his manor house. For young and ingenuous Tranquilla Caden, it would be her new position of service–devoted as she was to fulfilling every demand of her new master, to stimulating his mind, stirring his soul, and arousing his body. Yet something happens that Quilla never counted on: she was falling hopelessly, dangerously in love with the enigmatic–and very married–man she was required only to service.


Hello, everyone! Thanks so much to Fatin for having me here again today. I always enjoy stopping by.

I thought I’d talk a little bit about the process of brainstorming – something near and dear to my heart. I had the chance recently to attend a writer’s conference and experience some really fantastic workshops, including a lot on forensics, which is something that doesn’t seem to have a whole lot of usefulness in what I currently write. I don’t do mysteries or thrillers, so it would seem like there wasn’t much for me to learn in those workshops, and yet the subjects were so fascinating they got my brain turning toward how I could use that information in my stories.
