Things here have been crazy. My oldest daughter was invited to do a political/government week long college thing with 299 other girls from all over North Carolina. We dropped her off last Sunday and tomorrow we head back up to bring her back home. She’s been texting me all week, she’s having a blast there. Her daddy, OTOH, has been driving me slowly insane because his little chick isn’t under his roof and he kept telling me throughout the week to go pick her up and bring her home. 
Now that it’s time to do just that, he’ll settled down and hasn’t been as antsy as before. The other girls have been keeping me busy too. They’re in various camps so I’m Taxi Mom as always taking them back and forth where they need to be.
Last night I read the most awesome book. PLEASURE UNBOUND by Larissa Ione. Stayed up until 3am reading it because I didn’t want to put it down. The whole concept reminded me a lot of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I loved that show. I loved everything about the story, the smart-ass replies, the kick-ass heroine, the to-die-for hero and I’m so glad there will be other books in this series. I can’t wait to get my hands on the next book.

I just finished reading Life Happens by Sandra Steffen. You have to read it if you haven’t already. It will bring tears to your eyes, but it’s oh, so good! I just love her stories.

Hey Mad! Sounds like Pleasure Unbound is a fabulous book. Maybe I should pick that one up. I just finished Christina Dodd’s Tongue in Chic, and have to say it didn’t do it for me. Oh there were some scenes that were great, but the over all story was just ehhh. I just picked up the latest from Jenna Petersen and Eloisa James, so I’m hoping those will get me out the of the rut.
Well, I’ve been on a YA kick for the past few weeks so I’m reading “The Battle of the Labyrinth” by Rick Riordan.
Just finished Running Wild by Sarah McCarty and am now reading Wicked Pleasure by Lora Leigh. Very enjoyable! Pleasure Unbound sounds like a fantastic read!
