I’m still here! :)

So sorry I went MIA…have been super busy with the girls. They went back to school last Wednesday and they were bombarded with homework and projects already….even my little Diva! Yikes. Then on Sunday, it was my little Diva’s birthday…she’s 5….who told her she can grow up? ROFL Party isn’t planned until later this month because I kept putting off making the birthday plans and when I finally did, the next two weekends are taken so we’re having her party on the 25th. She’s too cute…we gave her a present on Sunday but told her the rest would have to wait and she replied “Today I’m 5 but I won’t be really 5 until my party when I get ALL my presents.” Cute, no? ;)
So, what have you all been reading while I was away?

Happy bday to your little Diva! Mine’s going to be 5 later this year, too–time sure does fly!! Hee on the actual 5-ness being tied to one’s presents!

So far this year I’ve read a couple Blazes (the three about the hunky Greek brothers by Cara Summers, Double Dare by Tawny Weber, and an older one by Rhonda Nelson). Also read Stacey Kayne’s Mustang Wild and LOVED it. Will definitely have to get Maverick Wild (just released)… Picked up a couple of Mary Balogh’s yesterday–have not read anything by her yet, and not sure where to start…

The Black Sheep & The Hidden Beauty by Donna Kauffman. It’s terrific!

Your daughter sounds so lovable!

I’ve been reading Moving Target by Cheyenne McCray…and I know you are, too!! And lusting after Wicked and Heat of The Night…I am off the B&N today to buy them both, I can’t wait. And B&N was nice enough to send me a 25% off coupon!! YEAH!!
Happy Birthday to the Diva!!

I read The Widow by Carla Neggers, Stalemate and Pandoras Daughter by Iris Johansen, The Ranchers Rules by Lucy Monroe and Ice Storm by Anne Stuart.

Happy Birthday to the little Diva!

I quite liked Halfway to the Grave by Jeaniene Frost, good debut book. It does end with a cliff-hanger to the romance, but it’s a series with the same character, and you can read into what might happen next, so it satisfies.
